Roofing That Ages Gracefully

Published by Andrew Schmidt

The roof in the photo above is that of the Fifth Avenue Station in Naperville. The site holds over one hundred apartments as well as retail space.

The building used to be home to the Kroehler Manufacturing Plant, a furniture manufacturer founded by Peter Edward Kroehler in 1915. Shortly after it was converted to retail and residential space, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

More than twenty years ago, Showalter installed the new roof on Fifth Avenue Station, and as you can see it is still in great condition (aside from the rusty vents!).

You can trust in our 30+ years in business to find a long-lasting, durable roofing solution that will fit your needs and budget!
