Silver Star Contractor
A commercial roofing contractor who installs CertainTeed commercial roofing, and is authorized to offer no-dollar-limit warranties up to 12 years in duration. The Silver Star Contractor has been in business at least three years, or has had three jobs inspected by CertainTeed brought up to a “Perfect Job” rating.
Golden Star Contractor
A commercial roofing contractor who installs CertainTeed commercial roofing, and is authorized to offer no-dollar-limitwarranties up to 20 years in duration. The Golden Star Contractor has been in business at least five years, and has bonding capability greater than $1 million, or equivalent financial resources and experience. Benefits include exclusive access to Roofer’s TrackRecord™ and marketing support materials.
3-Perfect Contractor
A commercial roofing Golden Star or Silver Star Contractor who installs CertainTeed commercial roofing, and has achieved three perfect and consecutive final inspection scores.
For a premium PVC Roof System, IB (Industry’s Best) is a manufacturer that specicalizes in membranes that last. They have a wide variety of warranty options including a 25-year warranty on commercial roof projects and a lifetime warranty on residential roof projects. These higher warranty options utilize there 80ml membrane which comes in a wide variety of colors.
